All utilities all included, including wireless high-speed DSL internet, free nationwide calling and faxing, DirecTV satellite service, and three separate central heat and air units and two wood-burning stoves.

Home is professionally decorated with antiques and period furniture. Antique Formal dining room seats 12 and breakfast room seats 6 to 8. Large country kitchen with a subzero refrigerator, center antique kitchen table seats 4 to 6 for country breakfasts.
